I believe that people who are “playful”; i.e. people who are silly, winsome, fanciful, light hearted, or whimsical; enjoy certain life enhancing characteristics.
These include being creative, open, flexible, adventurous, present, connected, and lively.
Fortunately all you need to do to be more playful is to play.
Hello everybody! I’m an easygoing, whimsical, introverted, eclectic, spiritual, intense, introspective, speaker, storyteller, and painter. I was also a cook by profession who has been knocked out of his rut and is engaging the world at large once again.
I have a B.A. in Studio Arts from the UofM Minneapolis MN and a B.A. in Communications from MetroState University Mpls MN.
