My belief is that people who are "playful"; i.e. people who are silly, winsome, fanciful, light-hearted, or whimsical; enjoy certain life enhancing characteristics. These include being creative, open, flexible, adventurous, present, connected, and lively. Fortunately all you need to do to learn how to be playful is to play. :)
